will see Hammy Goonan and Nicole Drever attempting to tease out the
ideas in the Australian Centre for Democracy and Justice's 'What we
Believe In' statement (to be found here: http://democracyandjustice.org/content/view/29/44/). This is your opportunity to really find out what we're about.
When/where: Trades Hall (cnr Victoria St and Lygon St, Carlton) from 6:30 on Tuesday 16th August.
Entry $5.
2. 2nd monthly forum: The Role of Public Relations in a Democracy
In the second installment of our monthly forums, Dr Jeannie Rea
(Victoria University) and Graeme Domm (RMIT) discuss the role of Public
Relations in a Democracy. Is it all bad or can it be used for good?
When/Where: Trades Hall (cnr Victoria St and Lygon St, Carlton) from 6:30 on Tuesday 20th September.
Contact: centre@democracyandjustice.org

- No Comply 2
The time has come for the second installment of No Comply. This year
the imaginatively named No Comply 2 will dwarf its predecessor with a
100 skate board collection by no less than 30, illustrators, designers
and artists.
The Show will launch 6pm Friday the 12th of August at the Revolver
backroom and run for two weeks, beats with DJ's Jolz and Cammo with
alcohol for artists, crew and press, supplied by our slightly unwashed
friends at Revolver. The launch party will continue throughout the
night with Agent 86.
